Education here at ULS is demanding and rigorous, but our process is very simple.
First: Go to the APPLY section of our website and fill out an online application.
Second: Wait for the acknowledgment email from ULS stating that your application is in process. This means that the school has received your application and has assigned it to a member of ULS staff to review.
Third: Send in your transcripts from all previous schools and letters of recommendations. Remember that you must have all official transcripts from previous schools on file with ULS before you are accepted as a student.
Four: You will receive an email of unconditional or conditional acceptance. Remember that ULS reserves the right to deny admission to any student. The email may ask you to meet further conditions like academic testing etc.
Five: With a letter of acceptance, you can proceed to the Register section of our website to enroll in your classes and make donations to the church.
Six: Upon completion of registration, ULS will email you the login information needed to access your classes and other relevant information.
Additional information:
Registration: A Code of Honor form must be signed. A Pastor’s recommendation is required from each first-time student (or those returning after a leave of one school year) prior to admission. HGC Pastoral Administration will consider, on an individual basis, applications for enrollment from students with irregular educational backgrounds. The Pastoral Administration, consisting of Chancellor, President, Dean of Academics, and the Registrar will make these considerations.
Tuition: There is no tuition required, only suggested love offerings to the church. There is $150 (suggested love offering) per course for Bachelors program; $300 (suggested love offering) per course for masters program; and $500 (suggested love offering) per course for the doctoral program. The school will not turn down students who are unable to make donations but will review their individual situations and examine possible options. Lack of money is not allowed to stop anyone who is serious and committed to learning through our religious school.
Books: The cost of books and supplies varies depending on the course of study, number of hours, etc. This cost is additional to other expenses. All books are to be purchased before each semester begins. Students are responsible for the purchase of their books.
Please Note: ULS is a religious university that offers religious degrees and religious certificates. It is not a secular university.
Graduation: There is a $150.00 suggested love offering for Graduation. Students are responsible for their own cap and gowns. U.L.S. will provide the graduation venue and the actual certificates, or degrees and one original transcript.
